NO Smoking, Profanity, Yelling, Grunting, Trespassing, Alcohol, Drugs or PDA permitted on Santosha Yoga premise.

ATTIRE: Guests are required to wear clothing which is appropriate for a family focused establishment. Santosha by Bethany Athletic Club management shall have complete decision-making authority on all issues relating to acceptable clothing; including footwear. Appropriateness of clothing is up to the sole discretion of the studio and Guests can be asked to change at any time if attire is deemed inappropriate. Member(s) and guests who are not appropriately dressed agree to vacate the center at the request of center personnel.

Parents & Guardians of minors agree that they are signing below in their individual capacities as well as authorized representatives of their children and wards as listed above.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of the Membership Rights granted under this Agreement, guest accepts Santosha by Bethany Athletic Club services and facilities "as is" and acknowledges and agrees that all use of the studio's services and facilities shall be undertaken at guest’s sole risk. The studio shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to the person or property of guest arising out of the use of the studio's services or facilities, or presence in the studio or on its premises by any such individual, whether or not resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of Santosha by Bethany Athleti Club, its officers, employees, or agents. Guest, personally and on behalf of Guest’s executors, administrators and assigns expressly forever releases and discharges the studio, its successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims (including those based upon negligence), demands, actions or causes of action relating to any such injuries or damages. The studio shall furthermore not be responsible for property of Guest that is lost, stolen, or damaged in the studio or on studio premises.

Parents & Guardians of minors agree that they are signing below in their individual capacities as well as authorized representatives of their children and wards as listed above. Individually, Member(s) must be 18 years of age to enter agreement.

Member(s) hereby acknowledge that Member(s) have read, understand and agree to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, and the duration hereof.
