This membership begins with a 3-month commitment and operates on a recurring auto-pay draft every month and is billed automatically on a recurring basis. Once the 3-month commitment is fulfilled, it will continue to auto-pay on a month-to-month basis up to 12 months unless cancelled according to the membership terms. Your initial 3-month commitment begins on the date your membership starts. All memberships require a 30-day notice to cancel. Once your 3-month commitment is fulfilled and you wish to cancel during your 12-month, auto-renewal period, cancellations submitted through the Mindbody app or Studio SOUL app will not be processed. You must contact the studio directly so we can process your cancellation request. Once your cancellation request is received, a 30-day notice period will apply, during which one final payment will be processed, and you will continue to have access to the studio through the end of that billing cycle.
