To buy, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Immerse Monthly Membership Auto-Renew Contract Agreement. Booking and attendance of any classes under this contract constitutes agreement to the following terms. If you have purchased this contract in error, please contact the studio to cancel before attending or booking any classes. This membership is a contract for Unlimited Classes. Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment and automatically renews each month unless canceled in accordance with the terms below. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. If your cancellation request is received fewer than 30 days before your next scheduled billing date, your next scheduled monthly payment will still be processed and will become your final membership payment. Memberships are billed on recurring monthly billing cycles and are not prorated. No refunds will be issued for membership payments that have already been processed or for payments processed prior to the completion of the required cancellation notice period. I understand that I am committing to a minimum of 3 months of automatic billing and that billing will continue each month unless I request cancellation in writing by emailing [email protected]. I understand that I must provide at least 30 days' written notice prior to my next scheduled billing date to terminate this contract. I understand that if my cancellation request is received fewer than 30 days before my next scheduled billing date, my next scheduled payment will still be processed as my final membership payment. I understand that valid proof of current student enrollment is required at the time of purchase and may be requested at any time. If I do not provide proof when requested, the student discount may be removed and the membership may be terminated. Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy: I understand that I must cancel class reservations in accordance with the studio's cancellation policy. Failure to cancel will result in a $15 no-show fee charged to the card on file. Membership Freeze Policy: I understand that I may freeze my membership after the first full month of billing for a minimum of 30 days at a time. If I choose to terminate my membership after my freeze ends, I must still provide at least 30 days' written notice prior to my next scheduled billing date. If notice is received fewer than 30 days before that billing date, my next scheduled payment will still be processed as my final membership payment. Memberships Are Non-Refundable: I understand that membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. No refunds will be issued for unused membership time, late cancellation of membership, payments processed prior to the completion of the required cancellation notice period, or failure to attend classes. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Immerse is grounds for immediate termination of this contract.
