Terms & Conditions
1. Duration
• This agreement has a minimum commitment of three (3) months, beginning on the contract start date (the day of purchase).
• After the initial period, the agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with written notice via email. Please email us at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle to do so.
• All studio members will receive full membership status, including access to credits and benefits.
• Upon termination of the agreement, membership status and all associated benefits will cease.

2. Credits
• Usage: Credits are used to book studio classes and recovery sessions.
• Rate: One class or recovery session equals one (1) credit.
• Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
• Scheduling: Classes and instructors are subject to change. Class availability is not guaranteed, even if you have available credits.
• Late Cancellation: Cancelling a class within 12 hours of its start time will result in the credit being deducted.
• Waitlists: If you join a waitlist for a class, you will be contacted should a spot become available. Upon accepting the available spot, a two-hour cancellation window will apply. If you cancel within this two-hour period, no penalty will be incurred. However, failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the deduction of one class credit from your membership, regardless of attendance.
• Studio Cancellations: If the studio cancels a class, the credit will be automatically refunded to the month’s membership used to book it.

3. Cancellation Policy
• After the initial three (3) months, members may cancel anytime.
• How to Cancel: Send written notice via email to [email protected]. Please email us at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle to do so. You have the remainder of your billing cycle to use your credits.
• Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused credits at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

4. Membership Suspension
• Credits cannot be frozen or extended.
• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Membership Freeze Option
Members may request to place their membership on hold (“freeze”) for a minimum period of one (1) week and a maximum of one (1) month. All freeze requests must be submitted in writing in advance (email [email protected]) and are subject to approval by SAINT Studios. A €15 administrative fee will apply to each freeze request. During the freeze period, membership access will be suspended, and billing may be paused or adjusted in accordance with the membership terms. Any time frozen will be added to the end of the current membership term. Retroactive freeze requests will not be accepted.

5. Auto-Renewal
• Following the initial 3-month term, the membership renews automatically monthly unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

6. Studio Rules & Liability
• Policies: Members must comply with all studio rules, policies, and guidelines, which may be updated periodically.
• Liability Waiver: Members acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to release SAINT Studios and its staff from any liability for injuries or losses occurring on studio premises or during studio-related activities. Completion of a full liability waiver is required upon account setup.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate services if a member’s conduct is deemed harmful to our brand, violates studio policies, or if doing so is in the best interest of other members.

7. Payment Terms
• Monthly payments will be charged automatically by credit card.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details are current and valid.

8. Right to Amend Pricing and Terms
EHL Leisure Ltd T/A SAINT Studios, the Company reserves the right to amend pricing, terms, and conditions of this agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such amendments shall be communicated to the Client in writing and shall become effective on the date specified in the notice, provided that reasonable notice is given. Continued engagement or use of the services following such notice shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

9. Cooling off Period
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period will expire after 14 days from the day of the signature of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement by email to [email protected]
