The TRIBE Flex Membership allows you to visit all studios for any class type (yes, even Reformer!) 5 times per month.

Minimum Membership Period

Members are unable to cancel their membership within the first 3 months. However, after this, members can cancel at their leisure by following the cancellation process highlighted below.

Where and When can I attend?

Your Flex membership allows you to attend 5 classes per month at any of our studios. Yes, this includes Cycle, Barre, Pilates, Reformer and much more!

To Cancel or Freeze your Membership

We've made it easier to leave us! Sniff! To cancel your membership, please fill out our cancellation form (Membership Cancellation Form – https://tribe.yoga/membership-cancellation/) a minimum of one week prior to the 1st of the following month. Please email [email protected] with any form issues.

To freeze your membership, please email [email protected] 1 week prior to the end of the month to be frozen. Freezes or cancellations are not possible after this date. Frozen memberships are charged at £20 per month in place of your normal AutoPay.

Late Cancellation & Absentee Charges

Members are given one grace late cancelled class per calendar month for Mat/Cycle late cancellations (cancelling 12 hours or fewer before class). After this, a £9 charge is levied the following week, for which you will receive an email 1 week prior to being charged. For Mat/Cycle absences (no-showing to class) there are NO grace cancellations and a £12 charge will be levied for each absence.

Please note that there is also NO grace cancellation for Reformer Pilates classes and the Late cancellation/Absence charge for Reformer classes is £12.50. This is due to small class sizes.

The 5 classes must be used within the calendar month as unused classes cannot be rolled over.
