By signing up as a member of Grip Golf, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, maintain a safe environment for all members, and protect the commercial integrity of Grip Golf. Breaches of these terms may result in fines, suspension, or permanent termination of membership without refund.

1. Access and Bookings
All members must book a session in advance to access Grip Golf facilities. Bookings do not carry over into future months and may only be used in the month they are allocated. Entry to the facility without a confirmed booking is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of £50 per occurrence. If a member fails to attend a booked session without cancelling at least five minutes prior to the scheduled start time, a £20 no-show fee will be applied for each missed booking. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership. Members are permitted to use the facility only during their booked time slot. Staying beyond the allocated time without prior authorisation will result in an automatic charge of £25 per 30-minute period of overrun. Continued failure to vacate on time may lead to suspension or termination of membership. Session times are fixed and late arrivals will not result in extensions, refunds, or credits.

2. Payments, Fines, and Charges
Memberships require a minimum six-month commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Grip Golf. Any breach of this commitment will result in the immediate charge of the full remaining balance. Late payments will incur a £25 administration fee plus interest at the rate of five per cent per month on outstanding balances. Grip Golf reserves the right to impose fines of up to £250 for breaches of these terms, misuse of facilities, or unauthorised coaching. Members are fully liable for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by themselves or their guests, and all repair or replacement costs will be charged directly to the responsible member.

3. Guest Policy
Guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and must remain in the same bay as the member. The member is fully responsible for their guest’s actions and for any fees, fines, or damages incurred by the guest.

4. Prohibited Activities
Members and guests are strictly prohibited from providing golf coaching, instruction, or any other form of commercial activity on site. Only authorised Grip Golf coaches may deliver lessons or provide instruction. Any unauthorised coaching will result in a minimum fine of £250 and immediate termination of membership. Membership is strictly non-transferable and is for the named individual only. Members may not share their membership or access credentials with any other person, book sessions on behalf of other individuals, or permit any other person to use their membership benefits or access the facility in their place. Acting as a third party or facilitating access for non-members will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and a fine of up to £1,000 for breach of contract and unauthorised access.

5. Health, Liability, and Conduct
Members must not use Grip Golf facilities if they are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of illness, or suffering from any condition that could pose a risk to themselves or others. Any member who begins to feel unwell during a session must leave the facility immediately. All use of Grip Golf facilities is undertaken entirely at the member’s own risk. Grip Golf accepts no liability for illness, injury, or medical incidents arising from the use of its facilities, nor for loss of or damage to personal property. Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement
All activity within Grip Golf facilities is monitored by CCTV for security, safety, and compliance purposes. Grip Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms without refund of any fees paid.

By proceeding with membership, the member accepts these terms as a binding legal agreement and acknowledges that breach of any provision may result in financial penalties, loss of access, or legal action.
