Our infrared saunas use gentle, penetrating infrared wavelengths to warm the body from the inside out—allowing for a deeply therapeutic sweat at a more comfortable temperature than traditional dry saunas.

Our Unlimited (30 min) Sauna Membership includes unlimited infrared sauna sessions each month, giving you the flexibility to book sessions when it works best for you. Sessions may be used anytime during the month (limit one per day). This membership is billed monthly and runs for 12 months, with the flexibility to cancel at any time after the first 3 months. This contract auto renews every 12 months.
