Our infrared saunas use gentle, penetrating infrared wavelengths to warm the body from the inside out—allowing for a deeply therapeutic sweat at a more comfortable temperature than traditional dry saunas.

Our 30-Minute Sauna Mini Membership includes four 30-minute infrared sauna sessions each month, giving you flexibility to schedule your sessions when it works best for you. Sessions may be used anytime during the month (limit one per day).

Founding Membership Billing
- Founding Memberships require an initial membership payment at the time of sign-up to reserve your spot and founding member rate.
- Your membership contract will not begin until our services officially open. Once we open 4/27, your membership term will begin on that date. Your next monthly billing will occur 30 days after the contract start date, not the date you signed up.

Founding Member pricing will remain locked in for the duration of your membership, renewing every 12 months, as long as the membership remains active and is not canceled.
