The Annual Associate Membership is designed for foil fencers who do not train regularly at Salle Paul Phoenix but wish to officially represent the club in competition and remain part of our elite community. By choosing the annual upfront option, you receive a 5% discount and the maximum flexibility to use your training sessions whenever they suit your competitive calendar.

Why choose Annual Associate Membership? This membership secures your official club representation for the entire season. Unlike the monthly plan, your sessions are not restricted to one per month; you receive a "bank" of 12 sessions to use at your discretion throughout the year.

Membership Benefits:

Annual Training Bank: 12 age-appropriate Épée training and sparring sessions per year. Use them one at a time or bundle them together to prepare for major events.

Individual Lesson Discounts: 50% reduced rates for 1-on-1 private lessons with our specialist coaching staff (applicable to lessons booked outside of regularly scheduled club training times).

Club Representation: Full eligibility to represent Salle Paul Phoenix in all domestic and international competitions.

Competition Support: Access to Salle Paul Phoenix’s professional coaching provision at nominated events.

Annual Terms & Commitment:

Upfront Value: Pay for 12 months in advance to receive a 5% discount on the standard monthly rate.

Registration Fee: A one-time £45 fee applies to all new memberships.

Seamless Transition: To ensure your training never lapses, your membership automatically renews for a subsequent 12-month term every year unless cancelled via your online portal.

Cancellation: While this is an annual commitment, you may cancel at any time via your online portal without incurring exit fees. Note: As this is an upfront payment, refunds for mid-term cancellations are not possible.

Pricing & Terms:

Annual Investment: £285.00 (Equivalent to £23.75 per month / 5% total saving).

Registration Fee: A one-time £45 fee applies to all new memberships.

Equipment: Fencers are expected to provide their own full competitive kit (350N/800N) and electrical equipment for sessions and competitions.
