To reserve red light therapy on Wednesdays from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, sign in to Mindbody, open Classes, and choose an available 30-minute “Red Light Therapy — 20 Minutes” slot. For other available red light appointment times, open Appointments and choose “Red Light Therapy Session - 20 Minutes.” Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Your included red light benefit is $0 for up to two sessions per week. If Mindbody asks you to pay $30, contact P3 before completing checkout so your member benefit can be applied.
Buddy pass: one group class per week for one friend or family member. The guest must book using their own Mindbody account and complete P3’s required liability waiver before attending.
