**Online Membership Description**
Monthly auto-pay membership for Pittsburgh Punch LLC. Membership options include 4 Classes, 8 Classes, or Unlimited Classes per month, depending on the plan selected.
Term memberships are billed monthly for the full agreed commitment of 3, 6, or 12 months. Member is responsible for all payments during the selected term. After the initial term is complete, the membership automatically continues month-to-month and requires one-month written notice to cancel.
Flex memberships are month-to-month auto-pay memberships offered at a discounted monthly rate compared to the single-month, non-auto-pay option. Because Flex memberships receive discounted pricing, they also require one-month written notice to cancel.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Memberships are not based on usage, and unused classes do not cancel or pause billing.
