1. I have been cleared by my doctor to perform rigorous exercise, including hot yoga and hot classes.

2. I will follow the instructions given to me by the instructor and any deviation by me from the instructions shall be at my own risk

3. I will not hold JOYA, its instructors, or its employee’s responsible for any injuries suffered caused by my failure to faithfully follow instructions or by my failure to fully disclose any physical impairment(s) in writing.

4. The fees paid are not refundable, not exchangeable, and non-transferable.

5. I understand the Yoga etiquette and will follow them to the best of my

abilities.

6. I grant JOYA and its affiliates permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital or print media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, promotional material, and social media, without payment or other consideration.

7. I understand class starts on time, NO LATE ARRIVALS, no-exceptions.

 

8. JOYA records and/or live streams many classes online.  By participating in classes with JOYA, I consent to being recorded and/or live streamed for us on all online platforms.  

 

9. As is the case with any public or other facility outside of the home, participation at JOYA may expose you and/or your family to the COVID-19 virus.  The decision to participate, use equipment and the facility is made knowingly and voluntarily by you with full knowledge of this risk.  If you disagree, please do not join.  Otherwise, participation and attendance constitute an implied waiver, and your acceptance of this written waiver, will release JOYA (ATG Fitness, Inc.) from any and all liability with respect to exposure to the COVID-19 virus.  

 

10. No cell phones are allowed in any of the studio rooms.

 

11. $20 fee/$25 fee (Aerial only) will be charged for no shows or if cancelling less than 3 hours prior to the start of class.
