This option suits those training once per week or less, or anyone easing back into training while building confidence and routine.

• Up to 2 adult group classes per fortnight
• Access to beginner-friendly and level-appropriate classes
• Structured sessions focused on technique, fitness, and confidence
• Supportive coaching in a welcoming training environment
Membership Details
• Billed fortnightly
• Valid for ages 14+
• No lock-in contract
• 14 days’ notice required for cancellation
• Membership suspension available (up to 8 weeks per year, minimum 2-week blocks)
Additional Information
• One-time enrolment fee of $89 applies to new members
