This is a month-to-month contract, structured as a block of 12 monthly auto-renewals. If you wish to cancel your monthly recurring payments, you can do so at any time by submitting the Membership Change Requests form available on the bottom of our website. For detailed terms and conditions, refer to the "Terms & Conditions" section on the following page.

Additionally, you can pause your contract as needed through the same Membership Change Requests form on our website, offering greater flexibility to accommodate your changing needs.

After purchase, you'll get a text & email asking for a photo of your ID. Submit via text or email—we'll then send your door access credentials. Or download the Kisi app from your app store for access.
