If you wish to cancel your monthly recurring payments, you can do so at any time by submitting the Membership Change Requests form available on the bottom of our website. After purchase, you'll get a text & email asking for a photo of your ID. Submit via text or email—we'll then send your door access credentials. Or download the Kisi app from your app store for access.
