The trainer will help guide you in the direction of your ultimate fitness goal according to your fitness level. After consultation with client regarding client’s goal (i.e…, toning, strength building, flexibility, weight loss, alignment, cardiovascular improvement, etc.) The trainer will take a fitness assessment, in the first session. This important measure helps the trainer ascertain your current level of fitness, as well as help plan a realistic and reasonable course of action. Setting reasonable goals is an important part of your success, and we want to help you devise a plan you are sure to stick with, and get the results you want. Sessions are one hour in length and, depending on client’s personal needs, generally include a warm-up, resistance training, cardio vascular training and a post- training stretch session. Client agrees to do cardio training on their own, 3-4 days per week minimum as well as maintain a diet low in fat and eating unprocessed food.
 
Rates and Cancellation Policy Training is by appointment, and the client will be charged for a full session if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice. Trainer is also required to provide at least 24 hours of notice to cancel a scheduled session.
 
There are no refunds on individual training sessions or packages under any circumstances. Sessions expire 90 days after purchase.
 
Please note: As with any exercise program, client should consult a physician prior to beginning any physical activity. The client is responsible for informing the trainer of any previous injuries or health conditions, which may affect the client’s ability to participate in certain forms of exercise or conditioning. Trainers will use their best efforts to take any such considerations into account in customizing a client’s training program. Client shall assume all responsibility for any personal injuries sustained or aggravated as a result of training with trainer. Client has the right to refuse any suggested exercises (within reason). By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of these personal training services and agree to become a client subject to those terms and conditions. My physician approves me to partake in this exercise program.
