Lotus Flower LLC, Liability Waiver

 

I hereby voluntarily participate in yoga classes, workshops, events, or activities ("Activities") provided by Lotus Flower Yoga Collective ("Yoga Studio"). I acknowledge that participation in these Activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or illness. I understand and accept that yoga practice may require physical exertion and could potentially lead to injury.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in these Activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the Activities.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the Yoga Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the Activities.

I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of the Yoga Studio, its employees, instructors, or any third parties involved in organizing or conducting the Activities.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to and regarding my participation in the Activities, and I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Activities.

I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I agree that the terms of this agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
