Terms and Conditions:
- Unlimited Core treatments per month.
- Minimum three month commitment.
- Membership can be frozen for a maximum of 2 weeks per calendar month until such time I choose to reinstate, or fully cancel, my account.
- Unused sessions cannot be rolled over to the following week or month, and cannot be shared with others.
- After the first three months, the membership will continue to roll over until a notification of cancellation is submitted in writing 30 days prior to the final billing cycle.
- Any account changes need to be requested by the card holder on the account with signature provided as authorisation.
