In checking the box below I agree that VFit is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend classes or sessions. I understand that classes or training sessions at VFit may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against VFit, its trainers or members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

Buyer’s right to cancel: Buyer may cancel the contract if any of the following occur: (1) the Buyer dies. (2) The buyer becomes totally physically disabled for the duration of the contract. (3) The buyer has moved to a location that is more than twenty five (20) miles from the facility. The buyer may voluntarily cancel this aggreement at anytime, early cancellation does require a one hundred (100) percent buyout of the remaining balance of this program.

 

In the event the agreement is cancelled and a refund is due all money paid pursuant to the agreement shall be refunded within 7 days of receipt of a notice of cancellation.
