NOTE: If you opt out of ALL communications above, you will NOT get ANY appointment confirmations and will NOT be able to fill out your INTAKE FORM before arriving.

PLEASE at the very least opt in to: Subscribe to EMAIL reminders & notifications, so that you may fill out your intake form.

WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service, if client offers less than 4 hours notice or misses their appointment altogether without notice, clients will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Please arrive or prepare five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners' day that could have been filled by another client.
