A membership of 4 - 45 minute contrast therapy sessions monthly (infrared sauna and cold plunge).
All unused sessions roll over while membership is active. Any unused sessions are lost after cancellation.
Membership continues on a month-to-month basis until cancellation notice is given. 24 hours notice of cancellation is needed before contract renewal date.
Maximum one contrast therapy session per day.
All appointment cancellations/changes must be made 8 hours in advance of scheduled appointment start time, if cancellations or changes are made within 8 hours, clients will be lose a session from their membership or be charged $30 if no session remains on their membership.
