By enlisting as a student of YogaMcc, I agree to the following:

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my health care practitioner prior to my participation in In-Studio & Live Stream yoga classes and any program offered by YogaMcc.
I will inform the instructor of pregnancy, injury, or illness (including high blood pressure, heart problems or glaucoma) prior to my class participation.
I freely and voluntarily assume any risks and hazards, and accordingly my participation shall be at my own risk.
I waive any claim I may have against YogaMcc and its instructors arising from my participation and agree to indemnify and save harmless YogaMcc and its instructors for any claim, including any claim for medical services arising from my participation.
