1. Initial Commitment Period
There is a minimum Initial Commitment Period of at least 4 weeks - that's two fortnightly membership payments of $94.00. It will then automatically renew for a further two week commitment periods unless terminated.

2. Termination/Cancellation Process
2.1 Membership Cancellation: We’ll be really sad you’re going but if you do want to cancel your membership with us, simply complete a Cancellation Form at the Club or request the form via email: [email protected] which we must receive at least 14 days (by close of business Sunday) prior to the direct debit date to stop the renewal of your fortnightly ongoing commitment period.

2.2 Class Cancellation Policy: Classes must be cancelled at least 1hr prior to the class commencing or credit forfeit may apply.

3. Freeze
If you wish to suspend or “freeze” your membership, simply let us know in writing or by completing a Change Of Circumstances form. Your membership may be frozen for 1 or more consecutive whole fortnightly billing periods (ie a minimum of 2 weeks) and cannot be frozen for only a part of a fortnight. Simply let us know in writing at least 4 days (by the close of business on Sunday) before the direct debit date. You will not be able to use the Club when your membership is frozen. A freeze fee of ten dollars per fortnight applies.

4. Cooling Off Period
If you change your mind within 7 days from the date you signed up with us, we’ll refund your upfront payment and any membership dues when you return your goodies to us. If you’ve used your membership during this time, we’ll deduct any guest fees, personal training fees or other club services you’ve received.

5. Credits
Your 'Credit Plus Membership' allows for four credits per fortnight to Habitat. One credit allows for one class or gym entry. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date issued. Any unused credits after 6 months from issue date will expire. Top up credits may be purchased via your app or at reception. 

6. Your Personal Data
We will collect personal information from you that may relate to your physical health or condition, including through your Membership Application, a Change Of Circumstances form and Health Check Questionnaire. For our full privacy policy, check out www.habitatforfitness.co.nz

7. Health Check
If you have any pre-exisiting or existing injuries, you must obtain medical clearance before joining and notify your instructor prior to commencing exercise. Exercising and using Club facilities may involve the risk of injury. You exercise and use the Club facilities at your own risk. Please monitor your physical condition at all times and exercise to a level that is appropriate given your knowledge of your health and any medical advice you have obtained. If any unusual symptoms occur immediately stop what you are doing and notify a staff member. If you have or are unsure about anything regarding the exercise prescribed please notify a staff member. HABITAT members/guests/staff must follow all rules and regulations set out in the NZ Governments Covid Protection Framework.

8. Direct Debits - EZIDEBIT
I/We authorize you until further notice to debit my/our account with all amounts which EZIDEBIT (NZ) LIMITED the registered initiator of the Authorization Code 0218995, may initiate by Direct Debit. I/We acknowledge and accept, that the bank accepts this authority only upon the conditions listed in the Full Terms And Conditions. Should you default on payments due to us, a $14.50 Dishonour Fee will be incurred. Should you fail to balance your account within 30 days of your Failed Payment Notification, we may notify the default to a credit reference agency or other third party to obtain payment from you.

This online Agreement between you, <CLIENTNAME> , and us will come into force upon you agreeing to these Terms and Conditions even if a Habitat Representative is not present.
