It is the members responsibility to:

• Wear appropriate gym clothing. This includes appropriate footwear. Please note a member can be refused entry if wearing open toe, steel cap etc. footwear.

• Bring a towel to each session and wipe equipment and mats after use.

• If a member is unsure how to use equipment, it is their responsibility to ask a trainer for help.

• Respecting all gym equipment. Members are responsible for any damage of equipment caused through negligence.

• Read and follow all safety measures eg. warning signs within the fitness centre If a member is unsure about certain safety/warning signs it is their responsibility to talk to a G3 Fitness owner.

• All members are required to listen and follow all safety instructions given by our class trainers. If a client does not listen or follow safety instructions the class trainer and owner has the right to cease the member’s participation until they agree to follow instructions given.

• G3 Fitness Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused when training at G3 Fitness Centre. All members agree to train at their own risk and wave any right to pressure legal action if there were an injury.

• G3 Fitness Centre is not liable for any injury or incident caused when a client arrives and leaves the centre. All members agree to wave any right to pressure legal action if there was an incident and/or injury.

• Our change room, sauna and bathroom facilities are unsupervised. All members using these facilities are doing so at their own risk. G3 Fitness Pty Ltd is not responsible for any injuries caused.

• G3 Fitness provides open lockers for all members. Please be mindful of what you leave in these lockers. G3 Fitness cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your belongings while you are in the centre. If a member does leave items in the lockers overnight, a G3 owner has the right to remove the item holding it at the centre for you to collect.

• All unclaimed items will be given to charity if not collected within two weeks.

• After a member uses the sauna it is there responsibility to place all used towels into the basket provide. Please note G3 Fitness will not wash personal towels.

• It is the clients responsibility to inform training staff and owners of any injury or medical condition in writing by their doctor.

• All members are expected to be respectful of others. Inappropriate behaviour to other members, guests, staff, service providers etc. will not be tolerated. Examples of inappropriate behaviour includes:
o Verbal or physical intimidation
o Discrimination e.g. gender, race, age, disability
o Harassment

G3 Fitness owners have the right to terminate a client’s membership if this behaviour is presented. Please note the member will be required to pay one week membership if this was to occur.

• Parking is available close to G3 Fitness Centre. All members are parking at their own risk. G3 Fitness Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to a member’s vehicle or its contents. Please be aware there are set time limits for parking. G3 Fitness Pty Ltd is not liable for any parking fine given.

• Members agree to all terms and conditions

Children under the age of 16 (non-members):
If a member brings their child to the centre whilst they are participating in a class please be aware G3 Fitness Pty Ltd is not responsible for any injuries caused. All children must stay within the reception area at all times. If a class is running and a child needs to use the bathroom, requires a nappy change etc. this is the parent or guardian’s responsibility. A G3 Fitness staff member will advise the parent or guardian.
